It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our great friend and colleague Tom Fitzpatrick. Tom gave a lifetime of service to Dublin CnmB through his role as Rúnaí 1988-2016 and St. Pats Drumcondra, Gaa Development Officer. A gentleman. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam
Today’s CnmB legend has ushered 1000s of teachers towards promoting Gaa in schools. Our former Rúnaí Tom Fitzpatrick, firstly in @stjosephsbns, then through his role in St Pat’s College has been central to recruiting teachers to get involved with @cnambnaisiunta. #allianzCnmB50

Well done to Caoimhe Woods - a very special girl from Scoil Íde in Raheny, who represented @CnmbDublin in @CrokePark today when she presented the match-ball to the referee before the Dublin v Derry match. She was accompanied by her father Kevin. @RahenyGAA @DubGAAOfficial

And that’s a wrap. 2 days, 19 finals & over 780 children in @CrokePark. Thanks to the stadium staff for their help & @stuartwilson156 and his grounds team for looking after us. Before we left, prep was already underway for the weekend. We hope everyone had a memorable 2 days

Some would argue we kept the best until last. Today we honour our PRO, Jerry Grogan. A former principal of Holy Trinity SNS, Donaghmede, Jerry has served at all levels of CnmB over the last 40 years as well as for @officialgaa. The voice of @CrokePark is central to all our plans.
