- Replying to @brianonorioThey are construction workers, I’ve worked in construction for 30 years and I’ve seen some amazing acts of humanity over the years on and around job sites, on the way to work and on lunch break. People who work with their hands know when to get busy when an emergency happens.

But now we use a heat pump water heater in the garage which creates an air-conditioned garage, my buyers think I walk on water and it’s about the same cost. Minor increase in insulation
