- Our Ave J project is now live. • 12 ft ceilings • 8 ft windows • 1,561 sf | 3 bed, 2.5 bath • 10 min from Downtown Houston Each home is listed for $350K.
- 3PM: Electrical rough in passed 1AM: Random segments of lines throughout 2 homes cut and stolen Repair? $5K Value of scrap? $200 max Getting stolen from so many times you don’t feel pain anymore? Priceless Very hard to justify continuing to build and sell infill homes for $320K
- Before | After Demo’d original structure, and built 2 homes in its place. Each home is 1,700 sf on 3,125 sf lots. Thanks to @copperhomeco for the assist on the design selections!
- 4k sf vacant lot, turned into 2 homes. I had the most fun on this one - had several neighbors root for me throughout the project, and have become friends with them. First time I staged a home - hopefully it helps!
- Finally reached the end of this project. Got one under contract, another one left to go.
- Latest project is live and listed. • 1,455 sf living • 3 bed, 2.5 bath • 1 exit east of Downtown Houston • Each of these single family homes is listed $20K below the City’s median home sales price
- Didn’t come without challenges, but finally done with this project. Tried to stay true to the rendering, but the wife didn’t approve the Range Rover purchase.Last year's inspector has gotten even more feisty.
