    If you’re familiar with the work of the estate agents Foxtons, you’ll be delighted to learn that a tribunal has ordered them to refund tenants whom they charged illegal fees. The case is a good reminder of what protections you have under the Tenant Fees Act. 🧵

    Amazing news! Thanks to over 8000 of us, TFL have announced a ban on all short term lets on the network. It means disgusting adverts encouraging landlords to ditch long term tenants in favour of a quick buck won’t be on our tubes, buses and trains. Share to celebrate!
