- What an dreadful thing to dig a grave for my dog. It may take me a few hours.. she was my dog it's the least I can do for her.
- For the moment I have just covered my dog in her blanket...this jack Russell.. I know I was expecting it at 19 but she was the most lovely dog. she liked to look at squirrels in the park and kill rats if she could the latter but I didn't let her.

- 8th of May. Photos of my dad when he was in Germany after the war. As a child I asked my dad do we hate German people. No son you will not hate anyone. The German people are lovely, kind people just like us. So he taught me to say please and thank you in German as a small child

My dad was a shipyard worker but Friday he finished work early we went to the local library he liked cowboy books..was 8 I picked up Stig of the Dump.shocked myself thinking I can read it's because I went to a library discovered I could read
