The cities of Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad have been struggling with congestion due to blitzingly fast growth. Comprising of 8 metro and 4 suburban lines, and 500 km of feeder trams and BRTs, I have made this plan to help increase urban travel speeds and direct future urban growth.

i mean, it is the farthest away and the least connected to NYC by transit. there are a lot more places much more useful to build housing than Staten Island to alleviate the housing crisis
