    We’re really sorry that our Online Banking and Mobile Banking App is currently unavailable. Our team are working hard behind the scenes to get everything back up and running as soon as possible. In the meantime, please do not delete or re-install the Mobile App.

    We recently let you know about a fix for those experiencing issues with their iOS device. Whilst this has worked for most, some are still experiencing issues. To help, we’re working on a new app release overnight, that we hope to be able to update you on in the morning.

    We will be refunding daily overdraft charges incurred as a result of customers not being able to access online and mobile banking yesterday. There's no need to contact us, we'll make the refund for you.
