    Modified Hip Mobility Circuit You can use the most basic household odds and ends to modify 3 of our @TxWesFootball pillars for dynamic activation. Normally this is done going over pins or hurdles in succession. 1) Forward Drive 2) Lateral Drive 3) Leg Swings
