- Hiring knowledgeable coaches is great but I would rather have guys that are willing to go pick up our kids, tutor them when they need help, monitor the locker rooms w/out having to put it on paper, do laundry, attend all voluntary workouts, just be around kids & do all the things
- We are trying something new this year.. I’ve been talking to several strength coaches and we wantet to ensure our kids were using proper form. So we have really tried to break it down. We have a couple of things to work on- Ex. taking it down the same way. But not bad

- All these young coaches getting HFC jobs is crazy. It took me 18 years to get a HC gig. There used to be a time when there were 120 applicants for every job. I was rejected by schools that couldn’t win on their off week. I was told no over 100 times. The struggle was real!
- From 1-9 to 9-1! Last years team started the groundwork and this years team is adding on to the house brick by brick! Kids are what make programs great! We are blessed to coach great kids!! @ComancheTxFB @ComancheTR1BE #RollTribe

- Regardless of their experience we hire coaches that want to be future head coaches & AD’s. Experience isn’t the ultimate criteria for hiring someone. They either work hard or they don’t! They either care about all kids or they don’t! Experience has nothing to do with that!
