- 63 names from my family alone that were murdered during the Shoah. It took me 2 minutes and 22 sec. to recite each of their names - to honor their memories. 6 million Jews. If we held a moment of silence for every victim of the Holocaust we would be silent for 11 and a 1/2 years.

- Heartbroken to hear that a friend of mine from @Columbia & my old neighbor on the UWS was murdered today. Each time I read about a terrorist attack in Israel, I shutter with fear that I’ll recognize the name. Z”L Elan ❤️ May your memory forever be a blessing. Praying for peace.We are shattered by the loss of Elan Ganeles, a US-Israeli citizen & IDF vet murdered today by Palestinian terrorists. Elan grew up in Connecticut & graduated last May from Columbia. He volunteered in his local community & sought to better the world. May his memory be a blessing.

- Heartbreaking to see my hometown shul defaced with a swastika. The threat of antisemitism is real and it’s personal.Last night someone spray painted a swastika at the synagogue where i was bar mitzvahed, Temple Beth Hillel/Beth El in Wynnewood, PA.
