- Between ages 10 to 14 in Tennessee, the state tracked 98 induced termination of pregnancies from 2015 to 2019. That's an average of 19 children a year in just that age range in Tennessee who sought to terminate their pregnancies. 10 to 14-year-old kids. Let that sink in.
- Feeding every child a free lunch meal in Tennessee? Not in this state. The House by party lines just voted it down.
- Excluding anything to do with Roe v. Wade, Gov. Bill Lee just criminalized mail-order abortion pills in Tennessee. It becomes a Class E felony. wapp.capitol.tn.gov/apps/BillInfo/…
- The Tennessee Senate is a touch on fire today. The Senate voted 26-5 to allow Tennessee teachers to carry guns on campus. Parents won't know which teachers are armed. Parents were removed from the gallery. You can still hear them screaming outside the chamber. #tnleg

- As another member has been found guilty of sexual harassment in the Tennessee legislature, remember this: 22 women reported Jeremy Durham, R-Franklin, of sexual misconduct. It was a DUI law extraordinary session when Durham was expelled. It wasn't called just for expelling him.
- Tennessee Republican leaders said in their press conference for the end of session they want to make sure next year that 7-year-olds can't go into gas stations, buy products off the shelf, and "get high as a kite." I am not aware of this practice.
- Back in February, a church in Tennessee made a large bonfire and burned books. Two months later, a legislator on the House floor said he would burn books deemed inappropriate in school libraries. So, that’s Tennessee right now.
- I talked to the Williamson Co. Election Commissioner Chad Gray. A) it’s illegal to take a photo of your ballot B) the barcode has nothing to do with vote tabulation. It deals with precinct data. C) @HansonforMayor didn’t attend a meeting explaining the new machines.
