- Replying to @elanhead9/ I’ve focused on Lora because I knew her. But my sympathies also go out to the loved ones of her student, Ty Wallis, who sounds like a remarkable person himself. RIP.

- Replying to @elanhead2/ When I met Lora, she was working for the Forest Service as a member of Teton Helitack out of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. She was a wildland firefighter, helicopter manager, short haul rescuer and EMT — clearly, a bad-ass.
- Wow, @AmericanAir just responded to my @USDOT complaint (the only one I’ve ever filed) with an email that essentially says, “Sucks to be you.” The contrast with its more successful competitors is mind-blowing. Keep winning, American. 🥲
