- Replying to @Craig_A_SpencerExactly. The "ventilators kill" crowd has never had to make these types of decisions and realize how seriously we consider the best course of action. We don't blindly intubate awake patients "with a mild cough"
- Hi @CaseyMeansMD - hepatitis B is primarily transmitted vertically from mother to child worldwide. It is a blood-borne pathogen that can also transmit via bites, sharing hygiene implements with bleeding, etc... i would expect the surgeon general to be aware of this
- Guess what? 100% of COVID patients who need mechanical ventilation but don't receive it die. So... mechanical ventilation saved 20% of people who were dying of COVID-19.80% of Covid patients put on ventilators died. This is probably most shocking revelation unknown to the public.
