Wanna see the power and impact of sport? Coach Ramos wanted to do “one last practice,” as he battles pancreatic cancer. WELL OVER 150-200 people showed up!! Guys from age 18-60 all came back to honor coach!
- Athletes, once we get back to doing what we love, NEVER take for granted lifting, meetings, or practice again. We have all learned it can be taken away without any warning. EMBRACE all aspects that come with developing in your sport!

- Had my 1 year follow up appointment for my weight loss surgery today. I can’t thank Dr. Richard enough for helping me get my weight back under control. I’m so appreciative of him, he’s a GREAT doctor and has become a great friend as well!
