- Replying to @yuripridemdActually we use this device all the time and a colleague of mine did had a case where the the back end of the catheter fall off while he was performing an LV Angio and he was filming it! Very impressive! I had to pull it back with a snare afterwards! Video follows!
- Replying to @dbarlag and @yuripridemdPower injection done through the correct lumen, be careful not to bend the ‘tail’ of the pigtail while taking out the cath from the sterile package. Also caution while entering the LV so that the cath will not be bent at the point where the back end attaches to the shaft of cath
- Replying to @Radial_ICG and @yuripridemdEverything did went well, snared it from the abdominal aorta
- Replying to @tanmayswadia @Babar_Basir and @yuripridemdActually this was a dual lumen pigtail to accurately measure the aortic valve gradient.
- Replying to @Abcsm74 and @yuripridemdA colleague of mine did the LV angio and probably the end of the catheter was bent and broke
- Replying to @DavidLBrownMD @KambisMashayek1 and 2 othersThis is no „cosmetic“! This is a superb complete revascularization! If this is not prognostic relevant, then I don’t know what is! From no vessels to brand new vessels with all side branches preserved! Perfect job @KambisMashayek1 as always! One hat to apply common logic as well
