- BREAKING: From @JakeBGibson and myself: DOJ will reduce sentencing rec for Roger Stone. Original plan was 7-9 years. @realDonaldTrump called it a “miscarriage of justice” hinting at a pardon. No word on new sentence yet but DOJ official says decision was made before Trump Tweet.
- BREAKING: @johnrobertsFox reports that @realDonaldTrump will send a letter to @SpeakerPelosi announcing his team won’t comply with impeachment related requests unless she holds a full impeachment inquiry vote on the House floor. More tonight on @foxnewsnight with @ShannonBream
- BREAKING: @realDonaldTrump just announced he will sign a full pardon for the late Susan B. Anthony. President US Grant pardoned election inspectors but never Anthony. She was arrested in 1872 for voting. Her conviction came a year later. She died in 1906. @FoxNews
- BREAKING: Andy Kim just claimed victory in the 3rd congressional district in New Jersey. This comes more than 24 hours after polls closed. Kim is up by about 2,500 votes with 4,000 provisional ballots outstanding. No word from Congressman Tom MacArthur at this time. @CBSPhilly
- DEVELOPING: Per @BrookeSingman A well-placed government source tells Fox News that President-elect Joe Biden is not a subject of any grand jury investigation at this time. The source tells Fox News that Hunter Biden is a subject/target of the grand jury investigation.

- Per a senior law enforcement source, as of this morning, the FBI does not have a blanket investigation into voter fraud across the United States. If appropriate evidence is presented, the bureau will take a look. As of this writing there is no investigation into widespread fraud.
