- Y'all, I got fired from my first tv job, by a man who told me I was the worst person he'd ever seen on tv. He also told me I'd never make it in this business. I was humiliated. I cried ... a lot. I prayed ... a lot. That man did me a favor. 1/
- Got to go to “real” church today for the first time in months. I started crying almost as soon as the music started. The last few months have forced me to go deeper in my individual walk - always a good thing. But, OH, how I missed worshipping with my brothers & sisters! 🙌🏼😷
- Sometimes I just have this homesick ache for the South, where I grew up with: down-to-earth neighbors who would literally do anything for you, amazing food, you never really meet a stranger and there's just a default setting to kindness in most folks. Anyone else?
