Just finished watching the first season of The Eternaut on Netflix. An Argentinian (yes, Argentinian) sci-fi show based on an old comic from the late 1950s. All I can say is wow! Fantastic story, characters & production. Can't wait for season two! #Eternauta

My watch of season 2 of #TheOrville is over. What can I say? Wow 😊. Anyone thinking this show is just a spoof, think again. It's brilliantly written sci-fi stories with amazing production values, fun, a great cast & a real heart. Can't wait for season 3! Hope its on in the UK 😄

Just watched the final 2 episodes of Bosch Legacy. I really enjoyed it! Sad to think though that we won't get any more Bosch Legacy. Come on Amazon, see sense, this story ain't over yet. Thanks to @welliver_titus & the whole cast & crew for yet another great season.

Well I enjoyed #GunpowderMilkshake on @skytv A lot of (violent) fun, some nice one-liners, cool soundtrack & visually stylish. Great cast too, nice to see @karengillan kicking ass. Motherfudging recommended 😀👍

Absolutely, no malice intended at all - just a positive post about a great TV show.

Caught up with #StarTrekPicard yesterday. #BrokenPieces was another great episode with more pieces of the puzzle coming together as we head to the 2 part finale. @JeriLRyan as "temporary" Borg Queen was 😱 😱 & loved the Rios multiple holograms 😂. Great stuff 👍😄

In a competitive streaming world, @netflix cancelling #LockwoodandCo may have made my mind up as to which platform to cancel to save some £. Time & again great shows are cancelled by Netflix after 1 season. Their model for success is so narrow how does any show have a chance now?

My dad was sarcastically telling me tonight about the rise he gets to his basic state pension when he hits age 80 in May this year. 25p extra per week. 25p a week or £13 a year. That'll go far at the moment. Makes you wonder why they bother 🤔👴

Simply that we never get to see Argentinian shows here in the UK & I wasn't aware that such sci-fi shows were made there. We're fed on a diet of homegrown & US shows in the main (a few Euro shows). So it was a surprise & a very pleasant one at that. Thought it was a great show!

Loved the old Buster Crabbe Flash Gordon serials. Who else used to watch these in the long summer school holidays? Great fun!!
Remembering the original Ming the Merciless, Flash Gordon star Charles Middleton, born today in 1874.

Dark Matter finale was a fabulous ending to a dark, gripping, emotional, mind-bending series. A satisfying ending if that's all we get, but boy there were some tantalising end scenes that hinted at the many other stories which could be told. Brilliant. #DarkMatter @blakecrouch1

Being a fan of #startrek & #StarWars is not mutually exclusive & so it is truly a great time to be a fan of both given the number of amazing TV shows about to hit our screens #TheMandalorian #Mandalorian #StarTrekPicard #Kenobi #StarTrekDiscovery #startreklowerdecks & more!😃

Last night's movie was #LoveAndMonsters on @NetflixUK which I absolutely loved! A fun action adventure with great creature effects. Great escapism watch. Hope the dog gets an Oscar 😂🐕 Highly recommended.

The joys of dealing with people who prefer to "chat through the problem" instead of taking time to read the detailed email you sent them and responding accordingly by the same medium 😂🤣
