    I didn’t ask Scott to "do a Nazi salute." I asked Scott to do whatever Elon Musk’s gesture was, since Scott said it was a mere greeting of enthusiasm for the crowd. If that's the case, he should have had no problem enthusiastically greeting our live TV audience that way too

    my inbox is full of people claiming Biden caused the recent spike in gas prices when he "shut down Keystone pipeline." Given this pipeline does not yet exist -- and was only 8% built by time Biden revoked permit -- this seems to take a very extreme view of rational expectations!
