Shohei Ohtani is a generational, once in a lifetime talent. Instead of celebrating and appreciating what his abilities can bring to the sport, the industry chooses to criticize The same day he tossed 7 innings with an RBI double, an MLB Central host is saying he shouldn’t pitch

Excited to announce I’ll be joining the front office of the Los Angeles Angels as a Pitching Analyst. Extremely grateful for this opportunity and I can’t wait to compete for a World Series ring next season in Anaheim. Go @Angels! #WeBelieve

Yesterday my playing career came to an end. The Phillies are a world-class organization who not only gave me an opportunity to play the game I love, but gave me the direction and passion to pursue a career in coaching. For that I am forever grateful.

Philadelphia! You’ve given me so much over these past 4 years and I guess you’re not done with me yet. A year ago I never would have thought playing professional baseball was even possible but with the help of my family, friends, coaches, and teammates today it is. Go Phils!

Elite athletes have routines and breathe. For every pitch, shot, stroke, race or kick there is a process Breathing allows the athlete to: -Increase oxygen flow to the brain -Brings them into the present moment (actively flush thinking about the past or future) -Perform Breathe!

Excited to announce I will be returning to @LaSalleBase as the Director of Player Development for the 20-21 season until duty calls. I will be primarily helping the pitching staff with programming, tech integration and pitch design. More of this coming soon⬇️🔥 @GoExplorers

My thoughts: -the production and value he brings to a team doing both is too great to limit him -the game is evolving; he’s not going to be the last 2-way star -there are technologies in place (Pulse/Whoop/Oura) that can accurately track and monitor workload/stress

“Try harder”-@Berticushill After sitting mostly 80/90poo during the summer I set a goal this off-season to hit 95. After my baseline bullpen here at @DrivelineBB I can check that off the list. Here’s to 96🔥 #ball1

Baseball has given me more in my life I ever could have imagined. I’ve found a true love and passion for this game and I would not have been able to do so without @LaSalleBase. It is heartbreaking to see this taken away form these players
BREAKING: La Salle athletics released a plan today to trim varsity sports from to 25 to 18 — @LaSalleBase is part of those cuts. The Explorers made two NCAA tourney appearances in program history — 1964 and 1985. Tough day for the #LaSalle baseball family.
