- There is a reason @APECDFW and @teamAPEC is one of the best training facilities in the nation for rotational athletes. Extremely grateful to be able represent them and @tomhousesports @NPA_PitchingReplying to @tomhouse and @coach_ryan10He was nice enough to share some time with us today giving a refresher about what we went over in December and we are just looking at the best way to maximize athletes in the 6-13 and 13-18 window to set them up for success and safety! Hence making kids move FAST.
