A great drill for QBs who struggled to find weight distribution between legs. I usually tell my guys to follow the 60/40 rule. 60% of your weight should be on the back foot, and 40% in the front. The band helps keep our front side arm close. QB1 is working ⛏️
The negative step is probably the hardest thing to learn when it comes to acceleration. To maximize force while spending no time the air, takes both legs being in sync with each other. While one punches forward and back the other is coming in to replace.1st pic shows before/after
