Let’s all agree the world would be a better place without 8am fall baseball games. 🥶

Excited to share that I will be joining the Seattle Mariners organization as a MiLB hitting coach! Extremely grateful for this opportunity. Thankful for my fiancé and family’s support! And a big thank you to everyone at @AscentAthlete_ and @MPFriarBaseball the last 5 years!

Some of our pro hitters experimenting with long PVC recoil swings. Great way to get the body primed to go fast and stop fast! Cues were swing as fast as you can then swing back into a loaded position. Repeat 4x. Recoil swing should be just as fast as game swing. Try it!

3 Plate Drill against long distance curveballs. Plates at 68 feet, 63 feet, and 58 feet. Two swings at each plate on the way up, one at each on the way back. Great way to train timing and adjustability! @AscentAthlete_

How often do you hit BP from 60ft 6in and beyond? Do you time up the pitcher or do you time up the flight of the ball? @AscentAthlete_

A friendly reminder that no matter what you worked on this winter, rhythm and timing are a must. #MenloFlow

Getting some great results with our professional hitters as they’re crushing their bat speed programs. Looking at one hitter specifically today: @kevinMcGonigle7
