    Correct. But the speaker industrial complex requires you to actually publish a book to get those speaking fees which is how everyone actually makes money.
    The problem with business/startup advice books is 98% of the time they are better off just being a long article.

    This is why—if possible—smaller buildings built with a “campus” feel will always trump large houses (for me). The other benefit: it turns the outdoors into some of the most used space

    Fwiw, those are all very 'mid' products / premium mediocre. Actually good gear: Field cast iron (biased), All-Clad / de Buyer stainless, Le Creuset dutch oven, Nordicware baking sheets and stainless rims

    NYC hospitals moving to block birth partners and doula support for pregnant women as they try to keep OB units safe. Yes, btw, I'm expecting a baby girl in 3-5 weeks. 🙏 for rapid diagnostics in that time. Thankful my wife is stronger than I am.
