I regret to say that I lost my case against The BC College of Nurses and Midwives. The fight isn't over. I will always fight for free speech and women's sex-based rights. I'll have more to say in the near future.

Lisa Bildy: Not valid to invoke the BC Human Rights Code. This isn't a clinical setting, it's a hearing and the witness should use words she wants to use. Should we request you not use certain words? Some women find the term "cis" highly offensive. Panel breaks to consider. 3/3
