    I'll add on RBG: If reports of her "last wish" are true, then she had a fundamental misunderstanding of her role. She didn't own her seat -- merely had the privilege of filling it for many, many years -- and had no business telling the political branches how it should be filled.

    A couple of years ago, most women wouldn't have complained about a trans-identifying male using the women's bathroom. Our desire to be tolerant and not hurt anyone’s feelings would have trumped our own feelings of unease. But now we see that women’s instinct for kindness and

    My oldest son who is remote was just told by his teacher to remove his Trump hat my son came in the living room upset so I said you go back in there and you put your Trump hat back on. These teachers are out of their minds if my son is learning from home he can wear his hat!!!!

    It’s profoundly embarrassing for the potential first female President to appear like she isn't in charge, isn’t capable of representing herself, and is really just a pretty face being used to create a “vibe” for whoever is really running–and hopes to continue to run–the country

    As someone who saved every penny to retire my student loans as soon as possible, and as a parent now facing tuition bills in a couple of years, I can't say I'm excited for higher taxes to pay off other people's education debts.

    So @fcpsnews had security, police & a public affairs flack at the door of my elementary school today, all to deal with "threat" of my unmasked 7 and 9 year olds. They ordered a local journalist off the property who wanted to witness my polite attempt to exercise opt-out rights.
