- Monday, March 16, will be designated as a staff development day/student holiday, in order to provide an opportunity for staff to prepare for the possibility of distance learning in the event of a school(s) closure. More details to follow.
- Due to the anticipated snow and possible hazardous driving conditions later today, all Fairfax County public schools and offices will close two hours early today, January 7, 2020. (Condition 4).
- Falling temperatures are expected to create hazardous travel conditions overnight and tomorrow, especially on secondary roads in various parts of the county. As a result, all Fairfax County public schools and offices will be closed Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2019 (Cond. 1).
