Clayton Kershaw will always be a Dodger great, but it’s things like this that make him a lot less likable. Just wear the hat. Be a tolerant Christian and accept that there are others who believe differently than you.

- Replying to @slump_buster94Every time I’ve gone to church for whatever reason (friends’ kids baptism, wedding, friends trying to convert me, grandparents made me, etc.) I didn’t show up with a shirt reminding everybody that I don’t believe what they believe. I was tolerant of their beliefs. Not this.

Wearing it represents solidarity with a community that has been historically marginalized, discriminated against, oppressed, and dehumanized. The hubris of refusing to accept others who have been hurt by your religion is unfathomable.
- Replying to @MitopapiSo I should tolerate Christians when they refuse to tolerate others? Kershaw was intolerant. That’s something wrong. Nobody is stopping Kershaw from representing his faith. He always has. The issue is that he did it on a Pride hat. That’s intolerance.
