    Linear Speed Contrast🔥 ➡️Heavy Resisted Sprint 10yd ➡️Continuous Hurdle Hop + Broad Jump ➡️Light Resisted Sprint 10yd ➡️Flying 10 w/ 20yd build Athlete goes from one exercise to the next, timed rest to allow for maximum recovery. Athlete completes 3 rounds.
