    I’ve been at Twitter for a decade, and people have always under estimated us. We’ve always been under dogs - it’s been our single biggest motivating factor over the years. Twitter is complicated, not easy, but absolutely worth it. Couldn’t be prouder to work here.

    My 6 yr-old hung out w/me a lot today while WFH. Lots of VC calls. Tonight, at dinner, I asked him to stop throwing a tantrum. He turned to me and said: "Are you giving me feedback?".

    Whenever someone's kids interrupt a video call, the universal reaction of my @Twitter colleagues, 24/7, is smiles, chuckles, & welcoming comments in chat window. May sound trivial, but for working parents, it's integral to an environment of safety & belonging. #LoveWhereYouWork

    Today marks 6 years for me as a Twitter employee. There are many reasons I’ve spent 2x-3x more time at this company than anywhere else in my career. Way too many for a single thread. But here’s just one of them.
