    A fantastic job by PD Stark & PC Hopley overnight. PD Stark detaining an aggressive male, who attacked him multiple times with a machete. A HUGE thanks to @PDSA_HQ for their emergency surgery for PD Stark after suffering multiple wounds from the machete #topdog #detained 🐾💪

    It is with great sadness that I announce that RPD 4094 Aztec passed away today aged 11, Az was a huge character and will be missed ,in service he was a Firearms support dog he also sired over 40 pups ”RIP big fella you've done ur duty stand down” gc

    Pd Letty walked over the rainbow bridge today, she became very ill very quickly and despite the best efforts from vets it was decided to put her to sleep rather than her suffer, she was so full of life “Stand down girl you’ve done your duty “

    We said goodbye to Police Dog 4003 Ska yesterday. His family were by his side when he drifted asleep for the final time following 3 happy years of retirement. He was an awesome Police Dog and served the West Midlands with pride.

    It is with great sadness that we have said goodbye to one of our most dedicated colleagues - Police Dog 3992 Rex. PD Rex served with distinction under the constant companionship & supervision of his handler, PC Lee Veltman. Born into the Force in 2007 Thank you & RIP PD Rex.
