日本政府の支援を受けて、ソマリアのベレトウェインで日本のポン菓子機を使った食品加工の訓練を実施しました。作った雷おこし風ポン菓子（ローカル名はカシャタ）をマーケットで売ったら初日で売り切れました！　日本のポン菓子技術がソマリアの若い女性の生計手段向上に役立っています！
