- The Chehalem Mountain-Bald Peak Fire is 100% contained. All Level 3 evacuations lifted. Residents should remain vigilant and prepared to leave if conditions change. Firefighters will continue to mop up hot spots throughout the week. For full update, visit tvfr.com/CivicAlerts.as….
- Incident Commanders estimate the Chehalem Mountain Fire is 50% contained. There is aircraft assisting with water drops until nightfall. There are no additional evacuation notices at this time. Firefighters will be working throughout the night to maintain containment lines.

- Firefighters from Brockman Station 66 in Beaverton stopped to help a panicked mama duck reunite with several of her ducklings, who had fallen into a storm drain. They were all pulled to safety and did not have any injuries, thankfully. 🦆🚒
