However, Kazakhstan believes it has time while all of Russia's energy and resources are concentrated on the invasion of Ukraine.
Yes, will agree that from all CA countries Uzbekistan has more freedom when it comes to relations with Russia as it is not a member of any Russia-led integrational projects and managed to keep the distance (considering they don't share a border). But it's still a bold speech, imo
