    1/5 Treatments for #prostatecancer #bladdercancer or #coloncancer & other pelvic conditions often result in urinary incontinence due to poor #pelvicfloor & core muscle condition. While beneficial, pelvic floor exercises alone may not be enough to restore sufficient strength

    I'm really not certain how a military rifle is going to help someone drink, eat and find/make shelter. And as a former mil aircrew and special forces guy I really do know about survival. Frankly the weapon is going to be of no help.

    At the end of all this the population will fall into 2 categories: The furloughed - rested, tanned, immaculate gardens, cars washed, houses cleaned Keyworkers - bags under eyes too big for Ryanair carry on, pale skin, car filthy, houses messy, overgrown gardens. I'm the latter.

    As you go to sleep tonight remember the 156,000 Allied soldiers who didn't go to sleep 77 yrs ago tonight as they were preparing to land in Normandy by air & sea on 6 June 1945. Remember also the sailors & airman who took them there. #DDay #DDay77 #WW2 #Normandy

    Not only can food not affect yr vaginal pH, no food or drink can affect the pH of any part of you. Your stomach pH is 2-3 (strong acid) so the idea that say alkaline water can change yr health/body pH is nonsense. So much cr@p talked by health 'influencers'.

    On the 50th anniversary of D-day I was stood next to friends of my parents in law on the Mall. I asked him where he was on D-day. "Over the Normandy beaches in a Spitfire" he replied. He'd have been about 23.

    I think I deserve this pint. I've finished my course to become a personal trainer. #cancer is a word, not a sentence, but in my case it was an almighty kick up the backside. #prostatecancer at 50, PT at 58 has a ring to it I feel.

    If in London and you say "Good morning" to a stranger in the street you'll get at best a death stare. Do the same anywhere in the North and you get "Y'all right chuck/duck/mate and a smile".

    Apart from the mushrooms all the fruit & veg is imported (grapes year round). The mushrooms, mango & watermelon are processed (chopped & packaged) which doubles or triples the cost by weight & the dessert is also processed. Perhaps not the best example tbh. FWIW I work for Tesco
