- Dear @PoliceZimbabwe. As a Zimbabwean citizen I hereby demand that the Officer Commanding Bulawayo must immediately step down for dereliction of duty. He allowed a citizen to be abducted from police custody by criminals who tortured him. He failed in his duty of care.
