What started out in 1996 has come to an end in 2022. An incredible 26 years of loyalty, friendship and silverware sees our longest serving player finish up with the club. Paulie Murphy leaves as the most decorated player in the clubs history with a litany of medals & cups.

We're heartbroken to announce we've lost a club legend this evening. James was a clubman and Sheriff ran through his blood. The amount he and his family have done for the club is incalculable and it's people like James that make this club. We pray for all your loved ones💔💔💔

It's been 5 days now since the Clontarf half marathon took place, we emailed the council on Saturday and today is Wednesday and still no reply from DCC Parks department, where do we go from here we deserve better facilities for our kids and the people of the North Inner city 🟢⚪

Pt1 Speechless! This is how our pitches were left in Fairview Park this morning absolutely destroyed, somehow a car was able to get into the park last night and absolutely wreck the place Where do we go now?

Pt1. So DCC called our pitch off and said it was unplayable, but then decided to let it out to the Bear Running from Tallaght, we've been fighting for 20+ year for the Alfie Byrne road pitch for better dranage for better facilities for the kids of Sheriff YC and Dublin's NEIC

This man is an absolute hero the perseverance and diversity's he's had to overcome to become an Olympian. The North inner city and Ireland couldn't be prouder. You did us all proud keep the chin up Emmet. The kids in our area are so lucky to have role models like you.
"It's heartbreaking." An emotional Emmet Brennan speaks openly after his narrow defeat to Dilshod Ruzmetov in the men's 81kg light-heavyweight division. #Tokyo2020 #RTESport #Olympics Watch live - rte.ie/player/onnow/6… Live updates - rte.ie/sport/olympics…
