Tonight on soup kitchen, a young couple presented with a 5 month old baby. Needed milk. Had walked about 18 miles to 4 different food banks. Ended up at us at 920pm. #UniversalCredit has reduced them to this. We got it sorted -thank you out of hours #socialwork
