Yesterday, after an 18 month investigation, the NYT revealed the President of the United States committed hundreds of millions of dollars of tax fraud - possibly one of the biggest scandals in the history of the Presidency - and 24 hours later we're no longer talking about it.

- That's a prison. You're describing a prison..@JudgeJeanine: "We need to protect kids, & that means we've got to have metal detectors, we've got to have experienced cops..., & we've got to be able to have perimeter controls. We've got to have teachers who can carry a weapon & react to this kind of nonsense." #Hannity
00:00 - Two men pointing guns at each other. One begging to be killed. One refusing to kill. An incredible moment worth remembering.
- If you want to live in a province that protects its children, occasionally you have to roll over in bed and check your phone.
- Over the holidays I had a slight accident. The wait times were: Emerg: 30 min (Xmas Eve) Surgery: same night Follow up X-ray: 20 min Surgical consult: 10 min 2nd surgery: same morning Cdn healthcare system deserves some criticism but it’s there when you need it. And it’s free.

00:00 - Only 15% of Cdns live outside of their province of birth We are more likely to vacation abroad than in another province From Toronto, it's cheaper to fly to Miami than Saskatoon No wonder we can't sell beer to each other, we're a nation of strangers.

- Trump has made it official. He has chosen sides. America stands with North Korea and Canada should rot in hell. We now have no choice. Time to restore order, protect our cheese, and invade America. macleans.ca/opinion/the-ca…
- There's something very grubby about using an asylum seeker, recently traumatized by her own murderous family, as a photo op prop.
- Replying to @Scott_GilmoreA Canadian invasion & occupation of America will restore once great institutions, rebuild crumbling infrastructure, end human rights abuses, protect vulnerable minorities, deliver maple syrup, poutine & subsidized cheese to a long suffering people. We'll be greeted as liberators.
- I need to fly to northern Manitoba for a couple of days. List of other destinations I can visit for less money: Lima (1/3 the price) 20 Caribbean countries Two dozen African cities Every bloody country in Asia except Bhutan, NKorea, and Timor EVERY single country in Europe
- This speech is incredible. It is totemic - a perfect distillation of the frustration, rage, and grief of this age. It will quite likely be included in all the history books (if they still exist).
- Replying to @davidreevelyYeah, I suppose it's all very subjective. (And then there's Russia, too.)
