- Good morn☀️ - ladies, PLEASE run hard to 1B on lazy pop ups! Effort matters at level; I want that extra base if they drop it! Run hard! - coaches, if your pitchers and catchers want to hit in college, please stop using the courtesy runners! We don’t get those! My thoughts 🤷🏻♀️
- My job sometimes means watching softball at 9:52pm on a Saturday…. How lucky am I?! #ToppersOnTop
- One takeaway from watching a high school game today: It blows my mind how many players pout when they don’t do well and that the coaches allow it. Hold your players accountable and make them better people. Life is all about how you react to adversity. Teach it now.

I’m back 💃🏻 Excited for the opportunity to lead this program again! @WheelingU54 holds such a special place in my heart, and I’m grateful to be a part of the Cardinal family once again. ❤️Harrison Central grad Sara Pelegreen has been hired as the new softball coach at Wheeling University. It’s her second tour of duty with the Cardinals. She’s also been an assistant coach at Robert Morris. Sara played collegiately at WV State.

- Y’all. Softball is awesome. Recruiting by yourself is never lonely. Everyone talks, networks, you get to catch up with your coaching buddies, etc. It’s just a really cool dynamic that I hope all other sports get to experience, as well. Thankful for this game always. ❤️🥎
