- I might be in plain clothes and front seat passenger, but still switched on. Saw 2 drivers driving and texting on the A38M #Birmingham. They'll both be receiving £200 fixed penalties and 6 pen points each in due course. Both caught clearly on video. #bangtorights #RoadSafety
