A reminder to all the college baseball guys heading home for the Holidays: Championships are won in the next 3-4 weeks. Don’t become complacent, that’s when you get passed up by someone who is willing to put in the work. What you reap is what you sow!

Crazy to think back 4 years ago today when I made my commitment out of junior college as a way too skinny, soft-tossing lefty. I miss getting after hitters every day, but am blessed that now I’m able to help guys find their own way through the peaks and valleys of their careers.

Winning is a lifestyle that encompasses all aspects of your life, and shouldn’t be limited to scoring more runs than your opponent. The results on the scoreboard will take care of themselves and be sustained once it is fully understood that winning begins far before game day
