Dear @KagutaMuseveni@jkmuhwezi@GenWamala@JaneRuth_Aceng, if the 7pm Boda curfew is enforced, how will people with medical emergencies go to hospital after 7pm? Only 1% of Ugandans have cars and UG has 121 ambulances serving 44 million people. Boda curfew protects the 1% only.
