- It now takes people in Kampala 3 hrs to get to work & 3 hrs back home. That’s 6 hrs burning fuel & losing productivity! Not practical to allow cars, public transport, & maintain a 7pm curfew. It’s doing more harm than good. Curfew should be 10pm! @nbstv @ntvuganda @AndrewMwenda
