When I was 15 and just started lifting, a 14 y/o girl I carpooled with was surprised I could only bench 135, as she was convinced she could do more than that. I asked how much she could bench and she estimated 170. She was maybe 120 lbs and had never lifted in her life.

I feel like 440lbs is on the lower end for someone who lifts I see the men do it in my gym all the time. I think if it was heavier then it’d make sense as to why he can’t lift it and his excuses would have made sense

You’re right - he should pay for any damages caused to the wheelchair or replace it. But this is seen and understood as a given among my followers. I’d encourage you to look at the accounts dragging this guy and see how they react to similar/worse offenses by non-white perps.
