Bombshell is dropped at the Sandie Peggie tribunal as Naomi Cunningham calls new witnesses objecting to Upton’s use of the female changing room. As Cunningham says “Ms Russell made much of the fact that Sandie was the only individual to object to Dr Upton. This is not the case.”

Jane Russell KC is forced to withdraw the question about who is paying Sandie Peggie’s Legal fees. As the Tribunal Judge states, this is a matter of confidentially between client & solicitor in Scots Law. Jane Russell’s conduct in this case has been atrocious & dishonourable.

At the Sandie Peggie tribunal, Kate Searle, the A&E consultant, says that medics make a “medical decision” at birth to “assign sex” but admits that she “is not an expert in it.” She is a consultant. A medically qualified individual. How can anyone trust her medical advice again?
