    I've stayed in my school for 21 years - which some may see as a bad thing (I've sometimes had people suggest as much), but I stay because I love my school, and being happy in the department / school where I am has been the most important thing to me.

    When you order 48 mars bars to teach crevasses to your Year 12 and Morrison’s substitute Wispa gold - do these people not know that only Mars will do it when it comes to demonstrating the two properties of ice in crevasse formation. #epicfail #imgoingtobefat

    Massive sort out in study as prepare for new role and regretfully having to throw out work from when I started 21 years ago - haven’t looked at it in years but still don’t like chucking out. Came across good old acetate sheets I prepared for the OHP #old #geographyteacher

    1/4 - I love how you can use SharePoint and Teams together to provide a 'Revision hub' and work on targeted revision support with students. Currently developing at @astreaernulf and @LongsandsNews. Sharepoint enables a user friendly 'front' portal page to be created..

    Arrived at @StIvoAcademy back in Jan 2000 as a PGCE student - a full 22 years done and now last day as HoD. Onwards to @astreaacademies but very glad to be keeping my office base at @StIvoAcademy. Happy summer all! #geographyteacher
