I just reviewed this video and am absolutely disgusted by what I have seen. It’s bad enough we have a president of the United States who obstructs our democracy. The last thing we need is an elected official in our nation’s birthplace doing exactly the same.Philadelphia City Councilmember Cindy Bass not allowing a roll call vote during her 22nd Ward election is classic Philly. This is exactly the type of thing that people complain about and want to change. The system is broken. #EndPhillyShrug
