Tomorrow Philadelphia City Council will vote to ban the wearing of ski masks in certain public places. The bill will allow police to stop and fine people $250 for wearing ski masks. Another step in the right direction of safety and changing the culture on the streets of Philly.

To be clear, the new 76ers arena would be replacing a failing mall along with a closed bus station. No other buildings will be demolished. It would be on MARKET ST from 10th to 11th. On top of Jefferson Train Station. Market St from 7th to 11th is a dead zone. It shouldn’t be.
