    I was pretty disappointed after this loss. But my coach told me to save this photo because “one day that girl will win a lot of Grand Slams.” I am glad I listened. Thank you #Serena for a lifetime of inspiration. 🐐

    .@DukeCoachYoung is the first Black head coach in WCWS history. It’s historical and long overdue. But it’s even more impressive considering all she’s been through this last year taking care of her husband after his massive heart attack.

    The Sheryl Swoopes discourse is exhausting. She is a basketball legend. Flat out. She was wrong about CC’s stats and seasons played. She was perfectly justified in her opinion about the transition to the WNBA. End of story.

    Her own injuries prompted @ashleyrogers_14 to conduct a study on college softball pitchers. In the process, she discovered how little medical research is done on female athletes. Her paper has been submitted for publication in a journal. 🔗tnledger.com/knoxville/edit…
