We pledge to do all we can to equip players with the information they need to enjoy good brain health, both during their playing careers and in later life.

Our thoughts are with the family, friends & the @SkySportsRL colleagues of Bill Arthur, who has sadly passed away after a brave battle against illness in recent years.

We were deeply moved by the wonderful @BBCSport programme on the 1968 @TheChallengeCup final & its impact on the late, great Don Fox. Rarely has the importance of player welfare in #rugbyleague been so poignantly captured. Big thnx to BBC’s Mike Burke, Ricky Wild & all involved
Really sad to hear the news that #rugbyleague Lion number 438 Hugh Waddell has died. Hugh, one of the stars of the 1988 tour, would have been 61 on Nov 13. Our thoughts are with his family at this really sad time.
Big congratulations to RL Cares trustee Kevin Sinfield OBE, who received his well-deserved honour for services to Rugby League and charity fro HRH The Duke of Cambridge at Windsor Castle today.
